Whitecell Power (WCP) is an innovative technology company specializing in the development and production of CO2-neutral solutions for the hydrogen economy. Since our founding in Stetten in 2021, we have combined advanced technologies with rapid market entry to provide sustainable and high-performance components for diverse applications.
Our Core Technology: Our unique 3D screen-printing technology enables high-volume production of graphite bipolar plates and other fuel cell components. This disruptive method opens new possibilities for clean combustion engines and green energy applications.
Our Vision: We deliver clean, green range extenders for electric commercial vehicles, from light vans to heavy trucks, powered by green methanol. Our technology allows vehicles to be recharged in less than 10 minutes and achieve ranges of over 1,000 km.
Our Expertise: In addition to manufacturing, we provide comprehensive testing and development for drive components. Our subsidiary in Clausthal-Zellerfeld specializes in testing and developing fuel cell technologies.

René Daub
Chairman of the Board
René Daub brings extensive expertise in private equity, M&A, structured finance, and fund and securities businesses from both advisory and entrepreneurial perspectives.
With years of leadership experience in finance, real estate, and automotive industries, he has established himself as a competent manager. Admitted as an attorney in 2008, he serves as Of Counsel at a renowned law firm in Germany and is Chairman of the Board of a fund and finance group in Luxembourg. Additionally, he lectures at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim, covering accounting, tax, and business law programs.

David L. Deck
Board of Directors
David L. Deck has over 30 years of experience in corporate development, building, and financing, with a focus on life sciences and manufacturing technologies.
As a life sciences investor, he has achieved 14 successful exits in biotechnology and medical technology. His profound knowledge of financial management and extensive network in the DACH region make him a valuable expert in life sciences and finance.

David Marchand
Boardmember
David Marchand brings extensive expertise in fintech, corporate leadership, and finance. As CEO and co-founder of Roxpay AG in Zurich, he leads pioneering solutions in the B2B pay-per-use economy.
Previously, he gained significant experience as an equity fund manager, Head of Digital Assets, and as a portfolio manager and analyst in Zurich and New York.
David Marchand holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration from the University of Würzburg and the University of Zurich and is a CFA charterholder.

Dr. Martin Hintermann
CEO
Dr. Martin Hintermann has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in product development, innovation management, process optimization, additive manufacturing, and lightweight design.
He studied mechanical engineering at ETH Zurich and holds an Executive MBA from the universities of Zurich and Stanford. He has held numerous leadership positions in the industry, most recently as head of development for a large division of an international automotive supplier.
Our Locations & Core Competencies

Our headquarters is located in Wollerau, Switzerland. Additionally, we operate two subsidiaries in the Harz region of Lower Saxony, employing a total of 125 staff and achieving €11 million in revenue in 2023.
We specialize in the development and production of fuel cells and electrolyzer stacks, as well as in engineering and testing automotive drivetrains, including electric drives. Furthermore, we focus on engineering and building innovative electric vehicles and green generators. Our expertise and innovation have been recognized with multiple awards in the hydrogen and fuel cell sectors.
